Self-Hosted Booking & Video

We built our own communications infrastructure — and we trust it enough to run our business, and our clients’, on it.

Why
Own our infrastructure, not rent it

We tell clients to own the systems their business runs on instead of renting them. So we made the same decision ourselves: we built our own scheduling and video infrastructure, and we run our own operation — and the businesses we manage — on it.

What we built

We took two proven open-source tools — Cal.com for scheduling and Jitsi for video — customized them, and self-hosted both on infrastructure we control. Booking pages, meeting links, and live video calls run on our own servers, under our own domains: booking at book.mitssfl.net, video at meet.mitssfl.net.

Why we built our own

Instead of paying recurring subscription fees for separate scheduling and video platforms, we operate a single integrated system on infrastructure we control. We’re not tied to a vendor’s pricing, feature roadmap, or terms — and when it needs to work a certain way, we change it, because it’s ours.

What it runs

Our clients run on it too

This isn’t only our own tooling. The businesses we manage use the same self-hosted stack: DJ Hyvyb and Self Coaching Masters book sessions and meet on infrastructure we built and operate for them — their own scheduling and video, running on a system we stand behind.

Why it proves the point

This is the philosophy we sell, applied to ourselves: own the systems your business runs on instead of renting them. We don’t just recommend it — we run our own business, and our clients’, on infrastructure we built and control. If you’re tired of depending on rented platforms you’ll never own, we’ll build you the same.
