What it does

A clear call. A useful handoff. A record your team can work.

The receptionist does not invent answers or make untested promises. It handles the repeatable front-door work and brings in a person when the call needs one.

1

Answers in the caller's language

Callers continue in English, Spanish, or Haitian Creole. Creole can offer a native-speaker fallback when the AI needs help.

2

Follows your intake rules

We configure the questions, hours, urgency language, and transfer conditions for the workflow you approve.

3

Preserves the outcome

Your team receives the timestamp, message, outcome, and available recording instead of reconstructing the call later.

Built for the way you answer

One managed receptionist. Different professional workflows.

The product is horizontal. The intake, escalation, and boundaries are configured for each profession before the line goes live.

New-matter intake, callback details, urgency flags, and human escalation — without offering legal advice or promising representation.

Home services

The subscription covers the managed voice service. Custom software and new integrations are separately scoped, implemented, and acceptance-tested.

Straight answers

Before you trust it with a caller.

Is this only for HVAC companies?

No. HVAC is the first active campaign and has its own profession-specific page. The underlying managed receptionist is configured for the intake and routing needs of each approved business.

Can it replace my staff?

It is designed for unanswered, after-hours, overflow, and repeatable intake calls. Your team remains responsible for professional decisions, service delivery, and follow-up.

Which languages are supported?

The working system supports English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole. Creole speech recognition and transcripts may be less exact, so the workflow can offer a native Creole speaker rather than pretending it understood.

Does the trial use my live number?

No. The guided 7-day trial uses a temporary number and includes 30 trial minutes. Production forwarding and custom integrations begin only after scope and acceptance.

Does the subscription include a CRM integration?

No new integration is hidden inside the monthly price. Connected workflows are separately scoped, built, and acceptance-tested before Full-Service operation begins.

Let your callers hear the difference.

Start with a guided 7-day trial on a temporary number, then decide whether the workflow belongs on your live line.
